We have four manufacturing processes:
Dragees Chocolate Coating
Using small scale traditional pans which maximise quality, we are a leader in panning and we have the capability of coating all free running pieces between 2mm and 14mm. Centres include nuts, fruit and confectionery. We offer coatings of milk, white & plain chocolates and yogurt and a range of traditional finishes including marbling and dusting.
Dragees Sugar Coating
We offer a range of sugar panned specialities including sugar coated eggs and sugar coated chocolate balls.
Chocolate Moulded Balls & Eggs
We manufacture solid chocolate mini eggs and balls through a drop roller system. These are either offered in a high gloss finish or are foiled in a variety of packaging styles.
Packaging
We offer a variety of packaging styles including film bags, Tetra Paks and mini cartons. Every ingredient is hand selected before entering the production process and our products are manufactured by traditional dragee techniques in revolving copper pans. The small batch size necessitated by this technique, and the skill of our craftsmen, ensures the highest possible product quality.
